REFUND POLICY
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition.
Items must be returned in their original condition. If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily, and quickly process your request.
In order to assist in the returns process, you may also be required to provide further information, including whether you would like a replacement or refund, as well as images of the incorrect, damaged or faulty items.
Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 7 business days of receipt by us of the original product(s), however this may take longer depending on your item and the number of returns in our system.
Once the order is placed and shipped to the provided destination the Customer has an option to return the Order by clicking on the return order tab.
E-GIFT CARDS
You may use Palmer's India gift cards as payment for products on the site. Gift cards are only available electronically. Promo codes are available onsite.
Only one voucher or promo code can be used per order, but multiple gift cards can be used per order.
From time to time we may release promo codes that may be used on the Site. These promo codes are valid only for the specified period stated, and in line with any special Terms stated on them.
Gift cards are valid for 36 months from purchase date and are only redeemable on the Palmer's India website. Any unredeemed balance that remains on the Gift Card after the 36 months will be voided and not available for use.
