RETURNS & REFUNDS

A return can only be made within seven (7) days from receipt of product(s) by you if the product(s) have been purchased on the Website. For returns of products purchased from another retailer, please contact the store of purchase.

You shall return the defective/damaged product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund.

You are required to report the defect within 7 days of receipt of the product by writing to us on [email protected] . Once the order is placed and shipped to the provided destination (the customer has an option to return the order by clicking on the return order tab.)

Once an item is returned we will either inspect your product(s) or investigate any claimed defect/damage. We will process your refund claim.

YRefunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within thirty (30) business days of receipt by us of the original product(s), however this may take longer depending on your item and the number of returns in our system.

We regret to inform that exchange of products is not allowed for the products bought from our website.

 
Can I return my order?

Items are only able to be returned if they were received incorrect, damaged or faulty. We don't offer refunds or accept returns if you change your mind on an item. Please see our full refund policy here.
